Biography

Troy is an experienced trial attorney in both state and federal courts. Troy earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, J.D., 1999 after graduating from Arizona State University in 1994, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Troy has been practicing law for 23 years. He is a successful partner who specializes in construction litigation, municipal/1983 claims, premises liability, retail, wrongful death, trucking claims, catastrophic injury, general tort liability, fire claims, large loss property damage claims, products liability, automobile negligence, transactional/commercial work and insurance coverage issues.

Troy has been repeatedly recognized and a part of Super Lawyers from 2011 - 2023 in the field of Construction Litigation and Municipal & Government Law. That honor is given to the top 5% of attorneys in Illinois as voted on by their peers. Troy has also been recognized multiple times as an Illinois Super Lawyer-Rising Star in 2011 & 2012 in the field of Construction Litigation. Rising Star is awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 years old in Illinois. Troy is a member of numerous bar associations and professional organizations. Troy is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Radunsky has also been accepted pro hac vice in several other jurisdictions across the country, including Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana. 

Troy has been a Cook Country arbitrator for 17 years. Troy is a frequent author and guest speaker in the insurance and construction industries, where topics of discussion regularly include issues concerning risk management, claims management and litigation strategies.
